2. Use sample data
Every new account includes a sandbox environment with sample MLS® data. It’s perfect for testing and prototyping without requiring board credentials or data licenses.
3. Explore the API
Use our Developer Playgrounds to make your first requests and see live responses in real time. You can test endpoints for listings, photos, estimates, and more.
4. Build your prototype
Integrate the API into your website, app or other tech. With pre-built endpoints for search, property details, and media, you’ll be up and running quickly.
5. Go live
When you’re ready to launch with live MLS® data, simply upgrade your account. Our team can help you onboard to the appropriate MLS® feeds that you're authorized for.
