Returns a list of saved searches. Use this to display a client's active searches, or to audit searches across multiple agents.

The page number to return. For example, with 100 results per page, specifying pageNum=2 returns results 101–200.

The number of searches to return per page.

Sorts the results. updated orders by last update date (newest first), created orders by creation date (newest first). If not specified, results are ordered by searchId descending.
